During her eight years with Harry Norman Realtors, Kelly consistently ranked among the company’s top performers and earned recognition as the #1 Individual Agent in the North Atlanta Office for both sales volume and units sold from 2014 through 2020. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to client success quickly established her as one of the area's most respected real estate professionals.

In September 2020, Kelly was personally recruited to Ansley Real Estate | Christie’s International Real Estate, where she founded and successfully grew the Kelly Kim Team. Under her leadership, the team became the #1 Producing Team in the Ansley Buckhead Office for four consecutive years, setting new standards for performance and client service.

Kelly’s leadership was further demonstrated in 2022 when her team closed 302 transactions and exceeded $200 million in sales volume, reflecting the strength of her vision, systems, and dedication to achieving exceptional outcomes for clients.
